Missing an item and unable to contact customer service about this order

I've had 3 or 4 orders successfully delivered. This order was missing the most expensive item. I am on the France website as I am living in France right now. However, when I try to identify this missing item on this order the website does not respond. The 'contact us' has no actual contact info. Does anyone have an email that I can use? I can try a phone number but my French is pas bien.

To use the contact us form, you must be logged in to your customer account.
You will then be able to choose the order in question and the missing item.

J'ai le même problème, j'ai rempli plusieurs fois le formulaire de contact, et après avoir appuyé sur envoyer, un cadre rouge apparaît disant que j'ai oublié des informations, mais sans préciser lesquelles… et je suis renvoyé vers le formulaire.
